Tour Terms & Conditions
Booking Confirmation
- A minimum booking amount is required to confirm your reservation.
- The balance payment must be cleared before the commencement of the tour, as communicated by the company.
- Bookings are subject to availability of hotels, vehicles, permits, and government approvals.
Government ID & Permits
- Every traveler must carry an original valid Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence).
- Inner Line Permit (ILP) is mandatory for the Adi Kailash & Om Parvat Yatra. Guests must submit the required documents within the stipulated time.
Health & Fitness
- Adi Kailash and Om Parvat are high-altitude destinations exceeding 15,000 ft.
- Travelers should be physically fit and consult their physician before undertaking the journey.
- Guests with serious heart conditions, severe asthma, uncontrolled hypertension, or other critical medical issues should seek medical advice before booking.
Weather & Road Conditions
- The itinerary is subject to weather conditions, road accessibility, landslides, government restrictions, and local authority regulations.
- The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, or route in the interest of guest safety.
Accommodation
- Hotels, guest houses, and homestays are provided on a Twin/Triple Sharing basis unless otherwise booked.
- Accommodation at remote Himalayan locations is basic and may have limited facilities due to geographical constraints.
Transportation
- Transportation will be provided as per the confirmed itinerary.
- Vehicle type depends on the final group size.
- Air conditioning may not operate continuously in hilly regions for vehicle performance and passenger safety.
Meals
- Only meals specifically mentioned in the package inclusions will be provided.
- Meal options in remote Himalayan areas may be limited and primarily vegetarian.
Delays & Force Majeure
- The company shall not be responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:
- Landslides
- Heavy rainfall or snowfall
- Road closures
- Political disturbances
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Vehicle breakdowns beyond reasonable control
- Any additional expenses arising from such circumstances shall be borne by the guest.
Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the company’s Cancellation Policy.
- Government permit fees, processing charges, and any non-refundable bookings shall not be refunded where applicable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the company’s refund policy and timelines.
Liability
- Majestic Journey Pvt. Ltd. acts only as a tour organizer and shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, accident, loss of baggage, theft, or damage caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Guests participate in the tour at their own risk and are advised to obtain suitable travel insurance.
Right to Refuse Service
- The company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the tour of any traveler whose conduct is considered unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or harmful to fellow travelers without any refund.
Jurisdiction
- Any dispute arising out of the booking or tour shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
